  Allvida provides an ecosystem of like-minded entrepreneurs and companies for market access, inspiration and best-practice sharing. On request by the entrepreneurs, Allvida can provide help with business strategy, leadership, compliance, and investment advice, among many other things.

• What types of companies does Allvida invest in?

  We are interested in speaking with niched companies in the medtech industry, from clinical solutions to home healthcare and assistive technology. We only invest in mature and profitable companies with an entrepreneurial drive.

• Why should entrepreneurs choose to partner with Allvida?

  Allvida lets the company keep the identity and code of what made the company successful in the first place, while giving opportunities for the company to grow further. Allvida provides a long-term home and a bright future for the company, and a financially attractive model for entrepreneurs, enabling them to stay on for the next growth phase of the company.

• What makes Allvida different from other MedTech investors?

  We don’t change management or interfere in the daily operations. Allvida companies are run independently, with a decentralized model that respects each business’s identity and expertise. We encourage collaboration and best-practice sharing across the group, but always driven from the ground up based on real business needs.

  Allvida owns 100% of all companies in the group. All entrepreneurs are shareholders in Allvida, which creates incentives for collaboration.

• What criteria does Allvida use when evaluating new investments?

  We evaluate many factors, such as the uniqueness and position in the market, financial stability and margins, historic growth and future potential. Every company is different and we evaluate each company on an individual basis based on relevant circumstances.

• Are there specific sectors or technologies Allvida focuses on?

  Today, Allvida is strong in assistive technologies, particularly in mobility and assistive listening solutions, but we focus on sectors across the patient journey including home healthcare and clinical solutions.
